Data Entry

The Data Entry Volunteer Project is an in-person event and will require you to wear proper PPE and maintain a distance of 6-feet. We are looking for 5 volunteers who can dedicate at least one day during the week, Monday-Friday for a three week period or longer to join us at the Rebuilding Together office to help with administrative tasks, and provide support to the Project Director. Tasks will include answering phones, returning voicemails, transferring paper documents into the computer, updating contacts into Salesforce, researching documentation needed to perform Rebuild Projects,  and other administrative tasks. Volunteers who participate in the Data Entry Volunteer Project will have the ability to become an Administrative Volunteer Leader and help to teach and supervise future RTCFL volunteers.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

  • Ability to work efficiently with little supervision

  • Data entry or administrative assistance experience required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

  • Past experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce

  • Ability to multitask

  • Proficient in English

  • Proficient in Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Update spreadsheets, call logs, and other documents

  • Provide support to our Programs team to keep our operations running smoothly

  • Answering phone calls and returning voicemails

  • CRM building 

  • Computer research

  • Scanning or transferring paper documents into digital documents
